PROPERTIES

It is extremely powerful softening agent ensuring soft, bulky touch and slipperiness to every type of goods with oil acid derivative substances in the structure.

It will not become yellow at high temperatures.

It is used on natural and synthetic fibers and all types of mixtures.

In padder processes; it will not create problem in using together with all types of cationic and nonionic substances.

There will not be disintegration and stain while the process and storage precautions are taken into consideration in padding.

It will give very good result in hank yarn and package softening, will not cause dust.

Uniform softness and handle will be obtained in ready-made garment washing-dyeing processes with exhaust system.

Woven and knitted goods               : 1.0 - 4.0 %, pH 4.5 – 5.5 at 30 - 40 C

Yarn and hank processes                : 0.5 - 2.0 %, pH 4.5 – 5.5 at 30 - 40 C

Acrylic application                           : 1.0 - 3.0 %, pH 4.5 – 5.5 at 30 - 40 C

Impregnation system

Natural and regenerated fibers       : 10.0 – 40.0 gr/l, pH 4.5 – 5.5 at 30 - 40 C

Synthetic fibers and mixtures          :   5.0 – 30.0 gr/l, pH 4.5 – 5.5 at 30 - 40 C
