PROPERTIES
In order to removing of disperse dyestuff from PES material which is not penetrate inside the fiber and also providing to high fastness, ENDY TEC G is suitable product.
(We recommend pre-trial lab. Works for the color fastness because of the different quality of disperse dyestuff) It can work in wide pH range and also having
a reductive power. At the same time, it can use stripping reactive and disperse dyestuff, clearing the exhaust system machinery, as leveling agent for the poliamid during the optical brightening.
APPLICATIONS
A – Reductive Clearing:
1.0 – 2.0 gr/l ENDY TEC G
3.0 – 4.0 ml/l NaOH 48 Be
Temperature: 80 – 100°C
Time: 20 – 30 minutes
B – Stripping Reactive Dyestuff:
4.0 – 5.0 gr/l ENDY TEC G
5.0 – 6.0 gr/l NaOH %100
Temperature: 95 – 100°C
Time: 45 – 60 minutes
C – Stripping Disperse Dyestuff:
10.0 – 15.0 gr/l ENDY TEC G
5.0 – 6.0 gr/l NaOH %100
Temperature: 130 – 140°C
Time: 60 – 75 minutes
D – Clearing Machinery:
2.0 – 3.0 gr/l ENDY CL450 (Machinery Cleaning Agent)
1.0 – 2.0 gr/l ENDY TEC G
2.0 – 3.0 ml/l NaOH 48 Be
0.5 – 1.0 gr/l ECO-CARRIER*
* Especially, ECO-CARRIER should be preferred to add in the recipe that dyed PES material in machinery.
Temperature: 98 – 135°C
Time: 45 – 60 minutes
E– Optical Brightening of Poliamid Material
0.5 – 1.0 % WHITE RCO (optical brightener)
0.5 – 1.0 gr/l ENDY TEC G
Temperature: 98 – 120°C
Time: 30 – 45 minutes
ATTENTION
The product should be closed in the original package.
STORAGE
It could be storage one year if it is in original package and also the room temperature
