FEATURES
It is developed to remove dyestuff that is not fixed. It can be directly added to dyeing bath at the end of dyeing process and in the cooling stage.
ENDY ACD is used instead of hydrosulfite reductive washing after polyester dyeing. Without a need for a new reductive washing bath preparation, it can be added to the dyeing bath at pH 4.0 or lower.
Highest efficiency is gained at pH 3.7 environment. It is suitable to use in the last process stage of the PES printing and dyeing. It can also be used in the last process stages of PES/Cellulose, Wool/Silk blends. It can be applied in all kinds of dyeing machines. It does not cause any foam problem. It saves large amounts in energy, water and chemicals.
APPLICATION
In polyester dyeing baths; at the end of dyeing process without unloading;
Temperature is dropped to 80°C, 2.0 – 2.5 gr/l ENDY ACD is added. pH is measured. With acetic acid and buffer acid pH is adjusted to 3.5 – 4.0.
A Washing is done for 15-20 minutes.
A hot rinsing and one warm rinsing is made and with the last pH adjustment, material is taken out.
STORAGE
Storage is 1 year in original packaging and room temperature.
