PRODUCT PROPERTIES

Silicone-free concentrated oil based foam cutter. It is an effective foam cutter used in washing, bleaching and dyeing systems and preventing formation of bubbles with a wide pH range (2.0 - 12.0).

Antifoam SPR can be used easily in HT type machines. It has resistant to high turbulence, no fragmentation.

Antifoam SPR is easily diluted with soft water at room temperature.

USAGE                                      

It is easy to use because it is a product that can mix with deionized water every ratio. However, prolonged immersion of the aqueous emulsion is not recommended. The amounts used vary according to the amount of foam in the environment.

Other chemicals used in the process affect the amount of foaming grade usage.

Warp sizing:                                                   0.2 – 0.5 g/l                

Bleaching:                                                      0.2 – 1.0 g/l

Reactive, Acid and Disperse Dyeing:            0.3 – 0.6 g/l

Printing:                                                         3.0 – 7.0 g/kg
